Over the next few weeks, we will be in regular contact with you to provide all the vital information about your trip. If you are travelling to more than one fixture with us and have multiple travel packages booked, you will receive several communications so do not panic! 

As the lead booker, all paperwork and physical items will come to you,  no later than two weeks before your departure so if you have not received everything from us, please first check your spam and/or junk folder of your email in case it has gone in there and please note that as the lead booker, it is your responsibility to distribute and share all information with your travelling party. 

To avoid email items going to spam, please add [email protected] to your safe sender list within your email settings. 

Please also check that your postal address shown on the last paperwork received from us is correct, if you have moved address since making your booking and you have not updated us, please do so now by clicking here. Please advise of any address changes no later than Friday 4 August. 

If party members have changed in your booking or if your passport names have changed, and you have not advised us by email to the Customer Service team and have not received a written confirmation back from us, then please immediately contact us (administrational charges will apply for any name changes made).   

Please note that when completing the passport submission if you entered new traveller names via the submission link this does not constitute a name change, and unless we have written to you to confirm a name change, this has not been actioned. 

Please note that your passport name must match the name on a flight booking or boarding may be denied. Please ensure you have not provided us with nicknames, abbreviated names, or incorrect names. Names have now been confirmed with all airlines and any changes to names will be chargeable.

WhatsApp and Text Messages 

Over the coming weeks we may communicate to you via WhatsApp and text messages, if you need to update your mobile number with us, please complete the update form by clicking here. 

Travel Itinerary  

Having a great time and making amazing memories will be the order of the day so your travel itinerary will be sent to you via email, approximately three weeks before the start of your holiday.   

It is the responsibility of you (the lead booker) to share this information with the wider travelling party. If you have multiple packages booked with us across the tournament, then you will receive multiple emails from us at various stages leading up to each fixture weekend. 

Match Tickets  

Now we are getting to the good bit – after all, it’s the reason you are going – to watch some fantastic rugby! 

Match tickets will be sent to you in PDF format by email. If you have multiple matches in your booking(s) you will receive multiple emails across a period leading up to your holiday(s) departure dates. Tickets can be printed off and shown as a paper copy (you must ensure it is legible and without smudges). Alternatively, you may show them on a mobile device, each party member is requested to show their own ticket on their own phone to avoid delays at the turnstiles. As lead booker, it is your responsibility to transfer tickets to other party members, either by email attachment or printed out. A passport must be carried with you as this may be requested if security/identification spot checks are made. 

Tickets will show our company name, England Rugby Travel. However, it is common for the worldwide Official Travel Agents to exchange match tickets to manage demand for matches from different countries, therefore it is possible that for some matches tickets that you receive may show the name of a different Official Travel Agent. For your reference the list of worldwide Official Travel Agents appointed by World Rugby can be found here.

Please note that every person accessing the stadium must have a match ticket regardless of age. 

Travel Wallets  

Each party member will receive a travel wallet sent to the lead booker by Royal Mail signed for service (if you have an England jersey included in your travel package, the travel wallet will be dispatched at the same time as the jersey). 

Luggage Tags (are only included in travel packages that include international travel with accommodation) will be included within your travel wallet. Please ensure these are attached to your luggage/hand luggage and that you keep the insert cards updated if you are touring and travel to more than one destination.
