Tokyo Stadium

Tokyo Stadium will serve as the main stadium for the opening ceremony of Rugby World Cup 2019. It promises to be an iconic venue and England’s campaign will gather real momentum when they face Argentina in their third pool match – a match that will go a long way to deciding the eventual quarter finalists.

Tokyo Stadium will be by far one of the biggest England play in during the tournament and with thousands of white shirts it will feel more like a home game with the number of England fans around the ground. The stadium will be a real highlight during the tournament for the fans who will pack it for the rafters. It will be a fitting venue for what could become a Rugby World Cup classic. And that’s not all. Wales will face a huge showdown here when they lock horns with Australia in a potentially decisive encounter. The Welsh hordes will be in great voice for one of the games of the tournament.
